Fresh A2 milk from desi cows, milked daily via DeLaval DOVAC automated system at our Pataudi farm.
Fresh A2 milk is naturally fermented overnight to form thick dahi — no artificial fermenter agents used.
Dahi is bi-directionally churned using a traditional wooden churner to separate white makhan (butter).
